‘’Student Experience International’’ Amsterdam

Student Experience has started the construction of Student Experience International Amsterdam (SEI Amsterdam) on the Moermanskkade in Minervahaven in Amsterdam. It concerns an 'extended-stay' facility with 600 hotel rooms for (foreign) students.

SEI Amsterdam is the fourth Student Experience student complex in Amsterdam. When this location is ready, the company will have around 2,300 student apartments and hotel rooms in Amsterdam. The other locations, AmstelHome, Ravel Residence and Nautique Living, are set to rent for longer terms. With this location they focus on short-term rental. The rooms range from 21 to 45 m2 and are equipped with a kitchenette. The location contains communal facilities such as a lounge, game corner, private dining, study areas, a gym and a laundry rooms. As with the other location Ravel Residence, there is a sports field on the roof.

SEI Amsterdam must become an extremely sustainable building that is built according to the BREEAM excellent standard. Facade material is used with integrated solar panels and climate management is controlled via a thermal storage system.
