"Monarch" Den Haag
Smit's Bouwbedrijf is realizing 248 rental apartments in the center of the Beatrixkwartier in The Hague. The plan on the Prinses Beatrixlaan has a total volume of over 32,000 m² GFA. It comprises two residential towers, seventy meters high, with a total of 248 free sector rental apartments. The apartments vary in size from 52 to 125 square meters and meet the demand for affordable and high-quality homes in a prime location.
A catering unit will be built in the plinth and 146 underground parking spaces will be realized in a two-storey garage. Monarch III will further strengthen both the residential and office functions in the Beatrixkwartier in The Hague.
